The Center for Jewish-Multicultural Affairs (CJMA) is proud to present a Virtual Civil & Human Rights Mission for the entire Greater New Orleans community!

featuring:

Samantha Power, Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, 2013-2017

This virtual symposium will bring participants to five places around the world at which a group suffered from, or is currently experiencing, an incidence of identity-based hate. Centered around the four CJMA outreach areas – African-American outreach, multi-faith outreach, Latin-American outreach, and LGBTQ outreach – with one additional session on the Holocaust and anti-Semitism, approximately half-hour long sessions on each topic will be presented by renowned experts.

Please contact Mithun Kamath at mithun@jewishnola.com if your organization would like to partner with the CJMA to help promote this event to potential participants and/or contribute to the event as a sponsor.

The CJMA's Virtual Civil & Human Rights Mission is presented by Jones Walker and Karl Bernard Law.
