State of Israel Bonds is an organization that sponsors many community events for the purpose of selling securities issued by the State of Israel. The revenues from the bonds sold help build and strengthen Israel’s economy and infrastructure. Israel Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the government of Israel, which has maintained a perfect record of repayment of interest and capital since the first bond was issued over sixty years ago. Israel Bonds are rated “Investment Grade” by both Moody’s (A2) and Standard & Poors (A-).
